Canopy Skatepark

Welcome to Canopy Skatepark

“Bringing Skateboarding to Everyone”
A skateboard learning facility set in the wilderness of West Wight where nature, learning and activity are combined.

Where…
Canopy Skatepark is located in a 4000sqft refurbished barn, part of a wider project to rejuvenate a dis-used farmyard situated in rolling farmland with views out to sea in the South West of the Isle of Wight. Our address is: Canopy Skatepark, Camp Corve, Corve Lane, Chale, PO38 2LA

What…
Within the barn is a purpose built facility “Canopy” designed to provide all weather skateboarding for use as a teaching, practice and competition space.

Who Can Come…
Designed for recreation and education, catering for all Skateboarders from Beginners to Pro-skaters, from Baby Boarders to Silver Surfers and all types of learners – all are welcome. Click here to explore the sessions we offer

How do I book?…
We operate a membership system as we are required to limit numbers and have a register of who attended and when. It is simple to become a member, pay the annual membership fee (£12) and book your session. Then next time, just sign in and book your session. Our list of sessions are here.

Canopy has great “flow” and “rythmn” – it is interconnected and you can be very creative. We can add obstacles for you to design the terrain you love to skate.

And More…
Creative expression is at the heart of skateboarding.  We fully embrace this aspect at Canopy. It’s not only a sport, it is a lifestyle and we aim to enhance the Canopy experience through art, film and music, making it a relevant hub for the community.

And Even More…
Camp Corve is a family business, built and run by the Fleming family who are committed to Skateboarding, their local community and the future of the Isle of Wight.
